Go Outdoors has been uniquely positioned to support the agency and our customers during the last 18 months. Online transactions remain high, and the mail handling and subsequent image processing has enabled work at home not only for our traditional boat processing section, but for other sections as well. Shoutout to Kris Shelton’s team – Gloria Harrington, Susie Ohree and John Evans – for showing up every day to keep the agency running smoothly!
