Public Boating Access: Falls Mills

The Falls Mills Lake property is approximately 165 acres and is located in Tazewell County outside the town of Falls Mills. The property contains a lake, wetland and upland hardwood forest. Mud Fork winds through the wetland and into the lake and is lined with riparian shrubs including alder and red twig dogwood. The upland portion of the property contains oak, hickory and American beech trees, as well small rock outcroppings. The site contains multiple parking areas around the lake, two boat launching sites, and fishing docks.
