This is my favorite way to enjoy wild turkey. Turkey nuggets are the best and most simple way to enjoy wild turkey breast. I usually make these when we have friends over, and they’re usually gone before the rest of supper is ready. The dipping sauce is the most important component of this meal. This meal is a staple in our home any day a turkey is harvested, bar none. Don’t forget the sauce!

1 cup | Cornmeal or Chicken Breader |
2 | Wild Turkey Breasts, cubed |
1 cup | Vegetable oil |
1 cup | Mayo |
1 cup | Honey |
1 cup | BBQ sauce |
1 cup | Ketchup |
3 tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoon | Mustard |
2 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Salt & pepper | |
Paprika | |
Garlic powder |
How to Prepare

- Cube the turkey breasts
- In a skillet, heat oil until slightly bubbly
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip the cubed turkey in the egg, then the flour mixture, then put in hot oil and fry until dark down and crispy. Remove and put in paper towel to soak-up excess oil. Repeat this process until all turkey is gone. Continue remaking flour and egg mixture as needed.
- To make the sauce:

Mix all ingredients together until incorporated well. Refrigerate after using and making.
