1 package | (10 ounces) frozen peas, cooked and drained |
3 tablespoon | sliced green onion |
2 tablespoon | chopped pimiento (optional) |
6 | patty shells, buttered toast points or English muffins |
How to Prepare
In a 2-quart sauce pan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt, dry mustard and cayenne pepper. Add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Fold in smoked fish, peas, green onion and pimiento; heat. Serve in patty shells, or on toast points or English muffins.
