It sounds difficult to prepare, but it’s very simple. The hardest part is folding the wontons and frying them without breaking them, but don’t overstuff them and they will adhere to perfection.

How to Prepare
SAUCE
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Red pepper flakes
- Green onions
- minced garlic
- minced ginger
- sugar
Directions:
- Prepare the sauce prior to cooking so all ingredients are well-incorporated.
- Dice the green onions.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Set in fridge.
- Make the filling: a)Brown in venison in a skillet over medium heat and crumble very fine. You do not want chunks of meat for this recipe! Set aside when done. b) In a large bowl, combine all of the filling ingredients until well-incorporated.
